Singapore Food!!
So while Gen was in Tokyo, we went to eat Singaporean food TWICE! Yummy. Nothing beats Singaporean food!


So far my favorite Singapore restaurant in Tokyo. The owners are Japanese but they really take a great interest in Singapore food. Every year, they bring all their full-time employees to Singapore, go to different places to eat and do research, just to learn more about our food and culture. Take my hat off to them!




Yes, carrot cake. Hawker food! It was too salty though, rather than sweet. But the owner knew it too, and warned us beforehand, after realizing that we are Singaporeans.

Chicken curry. This is hawker style too! The kind where you order from economical rice stalls.

This is a more expensive place. Mostly seafood. Jumbo, Palm Beach and Seafood International collaborated together and each dish on the menu has a label to tell you which place it came from.
