Being my favorite spaghetti dish, I thought that I would try cooking Spaghetti Vongole.
After my hair appointment today, I went to the supermarket to buy the ingredients, including a bottle of white wine and live clams. The recipe that I found had chorizos in it. So I bought those too.
The aroma was great, it looked great, and it tasted not bad for my first try I think. One thing I thought was lacking was the amount of sauce. I think I tossed the spaghetti for too long, therefore a lot of the sauce/white wine evaporated. Other than that, not bad I would think. Will try again. Yummy...
