Recipe No. 2

As promised, pic of my second dish! Me and Pame saw this on some cookshow on TV. Then I decided to try it, coz it seemed simple enough. Pame asked me to call her over when I cook it, but I didnt coz I didnt think that it will turn out ok. But it turned out yummy!! So I will cook it the next time she comes over! But I was crying, ok tearing, when I was slicing the leek! It didnt occur to me that since it is a form of onion, my eyes will sting! And you all know how my eyes are... It was quite bad...I couldnt see where I was chopping!
Bamboo shoots and leek in stewed cream sauce

It is Golden Week. Yay! 5 straight days of hols! Hope that I can enjoy myself, do some sightseeing and rest!
